Contextual Design

In this episode, Bett and Russ discuss Contextual Design (CD).  CD is a user-centered design process created by Hugh Beyer and Karen Holtzblatt.  CD helps software architects and developers better connect with the needs of their users and enables them to more easily "re-imagine" the solution they create for users.

Books we mentioned:
Bett's book recommendation -- The Shallows by Nicholas Carr
Russ' book recommendation -- Inside Intuit by Suzanne Taylor, Kathy Schroeder, John Doerr

Bett previously recommended this book on CD:
